We recently came across an opinion article published by the Yale Environment 360 in 2017 for which we believe it is worth it to review once again.
Within this article, the authors stress the importance of acknowledging the concerns regarding climate change and the problem of inertia regarding sustainability. They address the consequences the human race will face such as extreme weather conditions and a sea level rise due to uncontrolled green-house emissions.
Besides the hard truths about global warming, the article also gives reason for hope and opportunities such as cleaner air, new jobs and the progress countries are making right now in reducing CO2 emissions.
