Creating Connections

Clean Tech Delta strives to create connections between its members and partners to accelerate clean tech innovation. One example of CTD’s ability to act as a connector is the cooperation between the university of applied sciences Hogeschool Rotterdam and smart city start-up Sustainder. Earlier this year, CTD worked together with Hogeschool Rotterdam to find two interns motivated to conduct a research for the company. They recently started their journey.

The Interns

The interns in question are Jesco de Keijzer en Danny Radder. Both are 4th year students and recently received the task to put theory into practice by finding suitable partners for Sustainder. They will complete this task by visiting fairs covering smart city subjects in combination with desk research. After this they should be able to create a longlist of possible partners which will later on be reduced to a shortlist with the establishment of several assessment criteria. In this shortlist, Jesco and Danny will present Sustainder their best possible partners.

At the end of the process, Jesco and Danny will gain relevant experience, while Sustainder benefits from freshly gained knowledge. In our opinion, a great example of how Clean Tech Delta makes connections.
